im back :D

well. yes, ive missed a few days. my period came on the day after i last posted and i was like crap, cause my period makes me crave anything im not supposed to have.

this post is going to be very short. my full post might be tomorrow! i got my ipod back so i can sneak around and post again. :D

Day 3 - 186.5

Well actually, when I weighed in the kitchen I was 188.0 but in my bathroom with all my clothes off I was 185, so when averaged it equals 186.5. I'm not too fond on believing them but they can't be to off can they? My calorie intake was quite lower than I was supposed to go!

IN
B- nothing
L- pizza and salad with ranch and tomato [458]
D- 4 Tyson anytizer hot chicken ball things haha cut up into a salad of lettuce and tomato with ranch and crackers [491]

OUT
45 minutes on treadmill at 3.0 [-154]
15 minutes on bicycle(indoor) [-112]

TOTAL = 684 calories!!
That's extremely lower than my 1637 a day plan! Wow. Anyways.

*in other news*
the first day back to school was better than I thought it would be. I had classes with friends and I ate lunch from the cafeteria for the first time since I've been in high school. It was intimidating but not half bad! I talked to Phil very briefly, since we don't have lunch together. Overall today was pretty brand spanking new! Like everyday should be...

Day 2 - 188.6

I'm actually proud of that 188.6! It makes me even more dedicated to losing the weight and pushing myself. Today wasn't very difficult at all! I'm just beaming from ear to ear right now. I never thought I'd stick to anything like this. Maybe it's the idea of consistancy? Ha I'm not quite sure but I do know I'm going to keep this momentum up so I can hit or even be past my goal weight of 180 by the end of the month!

IN
B- nothing (woke up late)
L- sandwhich with shaved chicken breast, mustard, cheese on whol wheat bread with 3 cookies and doritos [658]
D- salad with tomato and ranch with a chicken patty cut up into it and ritz crackers[596]

OUT
30 minutes on treadmill at 3.0 [-103]
30 minutes on treadmill at 3.5 [-125]

TOTAL = 1026

*in other news*
school starts tomorrow. I'm both excited and anxious. No one is expecting me to have lost weight so at least there will be no disappointments. I'm hoping I have lunch with some of my friends. Wihout them, lunch is 30 minutes of HELL! I already know what classes I have. Drafting, biology, business, and math & teachers aid class on coordinating days. Hmph. Damn if life isn't good.

Oh btw I weighed tonight and is said 188.0! It's not much but it's better than gaining!
